In my humble opinion, Rosenberg’s is the BEST bagel you can find in Colorado, hands down. (I am from Northern New Jersey, so I know what I am talking about.) It is a beloved New York-style bagel shop and Jewish delicatessen that blends classic East Coast flavors with a local Denver vibe. Outside of freshly baked bagels(everything, sesame, and pumpernickel, as well as specialty options and seasonal twists), they also bake other goodies like bialys, challah, babka, and rye breads. Their hearty deli sandwiches range from pastrami and corned beef classics to creative breakfast bagel combos like the Taylor ham and egg sandwich. Their lox, whitefish salad, and other traditional deli meats add to the authentic New York deli feel. Pair your bagel with a latte or cold brew for a complete experience. The shop has a cozy, casual atmosphere — it’s busy on weekend mornings and popular with both locals and visitors looking for classic deli comfort food.
