"Dave went above and beyond especially during these challenging times with the Virus to Protests ongoing. Adding gloves and requiring masks to protect the visitors during the process kept the place safe and secure as well protected the ultimate buyer. Placing notes on various places within the space helped potential buyers see the possibilities was very helpful. We heavily relied on Dave to keep the place in good shape as we couldn't be there due to restrictions on travel and just common sense.
