Cohesion is a brewery and taproom in Denver’s Clayton neighborhood that specializes in authentic Czech-style lagers and other traditional European beer styles. Its focus is on quality and tradition, with inspiration drawn directly from the Czech Republic’s brewing culture — known for some of the world’s best lagers. Expect a lineup dominated by clean, crisp lagers, including pilsners and darker Czech-inspired styles, with both core offerings and rotating taps.The beer experience often highlights different pour styles (like hladinka or mlíko) that change the ratio of beer to foam — a fun and authentic cultural nod. The space is a modern, inviting taproom located in a refurbished industrial building (once a WWII era warehouse), blending old-world beer culture with a contemporary vibe. There’s ample indoor seating, plus a dog-friendly outdoor patio, making it a popular gathering spot year-round. Cohesion does not have a kitchen, but food trucks frequent this friendly neighborhood brewery.

Ok, so this is not exclusively a bar, but they do serve drinks. Human-only visitors over the age of 21 are welcome to enjoy the bar & park without purchasing a day pass. All visitors must sign a waiver, and provide a valid ID for entry. If you have a dog, there is HUGE space for your dog to run with other dogs, while enjoying a cocktail and watching a local sporting event on a large screen tv. Along with having an off-leash dog park, there are pet care services such as grooming, daycare, boarding and training. You just need to sign your dog up for membership. A day pass, for your dog, as of this writing is $15.
