Birdcall is a casual, fast-casual chicken shop known for its all-natural chicken sandwiches and comfort food classics. It’s a Colorado-born brand that started in Denver and has expanded to multiple locations across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.he menu centers around crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, each made to order with fresh ingredients. You’ll find popular options like the Southern chicken sandwich, Nashville hot, Buffalo chicken, and more creative variations with toppings like bacon, onion jam, and specialty sauces. They also serve hand-cut tenders, gluten-free nuggets, salads, loaded tots, and sides, plus house-made sauces. What I like about it is that you use smart pads to place your order and then you can watch the countdown on large tv when your meal is ready. Along with an indoor eating area, there is an outdoor patio.

In my humble opinion, Rosenberg’s is the BEST bagel you can find in Colorado, hands down. (I am from Northern New Jersey, so I know what I am talking about.) It is a beloved New York-style bagel shop and Jewish delicatessen that blends classic East Coast flavors with a local Denver vibe. Outside of freshly baked bagels(everything, sesame, and pumpernickel, as well as specialty options and seasonal twists), they also bake other goodies like bialys, challah, babka, and rye breads. Their hearty deli sandwiches range from pastrami and corned beef classics to creative breakfast bagel combos like the Taylor ham and egg sandwich. Their lox, whitefish salad, and other traditional deli meats add to the authentic New York deli feel. Pair your bagel with a latte or cold brew for a complete experience. The shop has a cozy, casual atmosphere — it’s busy on weekend mornings and popular with both locals and visitors looking for classic deli comfort food. Seating is somewhat casual, and the place often has a lively, bustling feel typical of a neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot.
